With the safety of our students, staff and community members being the top priority, D303 requires every volunteer who enters a school during class hours to complete the below linked Volunteer Liability Form.

The Norton Creek PTO in accordance with Norton Creek Administration requires that volunteers sign in agreement to the Volunteer Code of Conduct also found below.

Please complete all of the forms and turn hard copies into Dena Pacione at the

Norton Creek front office.
