With the safety of our students, staff and community members being the top priority, D303 requires every volunteer who enters a school during class hours to complete the below linked Volunteer Liability Form.

The Norton Creek PTO in accordance with Norton Creek Administration requires that volunteers review the Volunteer Code of Conduct also found below.

Please complete the Volunteer Liability Form and turn a hard copy into Dena Pacione at the

Norton Creek front office, new forms must be submitted each school year.
