Illinois Agriculture in the Classroom

Norton Creeks Earth Savers Club has partnered with some amazing community organizations that will be helping us learn ways to help care for our Earth within the NC community and surrounding communities.  One of these organization is Illinois Agriculture in the classroom through the DuPage County Farm Bureau. Rachel Schumacher and Mary Biernacki are a part of this organization and have partnered with our Earth Savers Club to take an active role in teaching our students.  We look forward to working with them throughout the year.

Our garden would not have succeed without the help of the Master Gardener from the University of Illinois Extension. Craig's gardening expertise gave new life to our garden over the summer.  We will continue to learn from them as we look at expanding the NC garden.
